These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dackapps LLC ("Dackapps," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the "Cash Pappa: Earn Real Money" mobile application ("App") and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications made in accordance with Section 19.
2.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must have verifiable parental or legal guardian consent prior to creating an account or using any features of the App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are a parent or legal guardian providing consent for a minor, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the minor and accept full responsibility for their use of the Services. Dackapps LLC reserves the right to request verification of age or parental consent at any time.
2.2 Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@cashpappa.com.
2.3 One Account Per User
Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account. Creating or using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Multiple account creation undermines the integrity of our platform, negatively impacts other users, and leads to undeserved earnings. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated rewards.
The Services are provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not exploit the Services for commercial purposes or use them in any manner inconsistent with these Terms. Any commercial exploitation of the Services without the express written consent of Dackapps LLC is strictly prohibited.
In connection with your use of the Services, you agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including without limitation those pertaining to libel, slander, defamation, harassment, invasion of privacy, obscenity, copyright, and trademark ("Applicable Law").
The Services may incorporate intellectual property protected under the laws of the United States and other countries. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of protected materials may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any consents or authorizations required to permit Dackapps LLC to access, store, and process data you provide through the Services.
6.1 No VPN Usage
The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or any similar technology that masks, alters, or misrepresents your geographic location is strictly prohibited when using the Services. Tasks listed on the App are region-specific and country-dependent. VPN usage enables fraudulent access to tasks not available in your physical location and undermines the integrity of our rewards ecosystem. Prohibiting VPNs helps safeguard the fairness of our platform for all users.
6.2 No Cache Reset or Reinstallation for Reward Manipulation
Deliberately clearing the application cache, resetting the application, or uninstalling and reinstalling the App with the intent to manipulate, reset, or artificially increase rewards is strictly prohibited. Performing such actions for legitimate troubleshooting is permitted provided there is no intent to exploit rewards. Dackapps LLC reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether such actions were performed with manipulative intent.
6.3 No Automation or Bot Usage
The Services are designed to be used directly and exclusively by human end users. You may not use any automation program, script, bot, macro, hardware device, or software tool that simulates or automates human behavior within the App. Regular automated and manual inspections may be performed at any time to detect violations.
6.4 No Rogue Programming
You may not post, transmit, or make available through the Services any software or materials that contain a computer virus, trojan horse, worm, time bomb, or any other malicious or rogue programming. Dackapps LLC has no obligation to detect the presence of such programming. Any downloading of software or other materials from the Services is at your sole risk.
6.5 General Restrictions
You further agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Services
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Dackapps LLC or any third party
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits other users from using or enjoying the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
Certain administrative personnel of Dackapps LLC may, in the course of their regular duties, have access to user communications for technical, operational, or community safety purposes. Dackapps LLC may also disclose any communications to the extent permitted or required by applicable law.
You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Services ("User Content"). Dackapps LLC has no obligation to monitor User Content but reserves the right to review, remove, or refuse to post any content that, in its sole discretion, is unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of these Terms.
By submitting User Content, you grant Dackapps LLC a perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, transmit, copy, and display such content in any media now known or hereinafter devised. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
Dackapps LLC may terminate access for users who repeatedly post protected material without the necessary rights and permissions.
9.1 Earning Rewards
Users earn rewards by completing eligible tasks within the App. Dackapps LLC reserves all rights to determine the distribution, availability, and amount of rewards and does not guarantee any specific reward amount or earning within any specific time period.

Dackapps LLC reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payout methods at any time. Users are responsible for ensuring payout account information is accurate. Dackapps LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect payout details provided by the user.
9.4 Tax Reporting Obligations
Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on rewards earned through the Services. For U.S.-based users who require an IRS Form 1099, you must submit a written request to Dackapps LLC at support@cashpappa.com. We will provide Form 1099 upon request in accordance with applicable IRS requirements. Dackapps LLC makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of rewards in any jurisdiction and recommends consulting a qualified tax professional.
Dackapps LLC offers a Referral Program that allows users to earn additional rewards by referring new users to the App. When a referred user enters your unique referral code during sign-up, both you and the referred user will receive an instant reward.

Initial rewards and daily rewards are excluded from the Referral Program. By participating, you agree to the following:
- You are responsible for ensuring referred individuals are eligible to use the App under these Terms
- Spam or any deceptive referral methods are prohibited
- Users cannot refer themselves or earn rewards from their own referral code
- Recursive referrals (two or more users referring each other in a circle) are not permitted
- Dackapps LLC reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive referral activity
Dackapps LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice, and to amend its terms at its sole discretion.
Accounts that remain inactive for a period of six (6) consecutive months will be subject to automatic deletion. "Inactivity" is defined as the absence of any login, task completion, reward earning, or other meaningful engagement with the Services during this period.
Upon deletion due to inactivity, all accrued rewards, benefits, and account data will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered or reinstated. Dackapps LLC may, at its sole discretion, send reminder notifications prior to deletion but is under no obligation to do so. Users are responsible for maintaining regular account activity to preserve their account and associated rewards.
12.1 Account Suspension
If Dackapps LLC detects a user engaged in prohibited activities, the immediate action will be suspension of the account and revocation of any associated rewards, without prior notice. The suspension will remain in effect until Dackapps LLC has thoroughly investigated the matter and determined the appropriate course of action. Dackapps LLC reserves the right to maintain the suspension indefinitely. The user has the right to submit an objection, but Dackapps LLC provides no guarantee of account reinstatement.
12.2 Revocation of Rewards
Users found to be in violation of these Terms may lose any and all accrued rewards, benefits, or earnings associated with their account. This measure is designed to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity and trust of our user community.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your use thereof (each, a "Dispute"), the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You must notify Dackapps LLC in writing of your Dispute at support@cashpappa.com, and both parties shall have thirty (30) days to resolve the matter informally before initiating any formal proceedings.
If the Dispute is not resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware, United States. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to the arbitration clause above shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
The App provides access to third-party services through APIs or direct connections to third-party servers. Dackapps LLC agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of all third-party providers integrated into the App. Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms imposed by those third parties, and Dackapps LLC is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.
Dackapps LLC reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes before they take effect and provide you with the opportunity to review the revised Terms before continuing to use the Services. Non-material changes will be effective immediately upon posting. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect when the Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
